Online & In-Store Ordering

Online Store: You can browse and purchase your favorite jewelry directly through the official ZaaG website. Add items to your shopping bag, follow the instructions to fill in shipping information, and complete payment. We support WeChat Pay, Alipay, and major credit cards.

Boutique Stores: We have several boutique experience stores nationwide. We strongly recommend clicking "Book an In-Store Experience" on the product detail page. Our dedicated jewelry consultants will arrange a private viewing time for you, providing a more distinguished try-on experience.

Shipping & Delivery

All online orders are delivered free of charge via SF Express (Premium Secure Service), ensuring your jewelry arrives safely. In-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours; customized or engraved items require approximately 7-15 business days for production and will be shipped as soon as they are completed.

Return & Exchange Policy

ZaaG is committed to providing you with a superior shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may apply for a no-reason return or exchange within 7 days of receipt (provided the item has not been worn, shows no signs of wear, and the packaging and authenticity labels remain intact).

Note: Custom-made items and items with engraving services are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a quality issue.

Jewelry Care & Repair

Every piece of ZaaG jewelry is entitled to lifetime free ultrasonic cleaning service. We also provide a one-year free warranty from the date of purchase (covering non-man-made issues such as stone loss and chain breakage). For issues beyond the warranty period or caused by human factors, we offer paid professional repair services.
